I called for an estimate for a shingle that had blown loose. Tony; the owner told me he would give me an estimate for the repair as soon as possible. Because his team was busy working, Tony came out within the hour and I had the estimate and the repair completed. He said the shingle was still good so he did not have to replace anything. Tony was personable, honest, and efficient. He did not try to sell me a new roof or tell me I needed to replace all the shingles. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Thought I had leaking water coming down into my basement through the main exhaust pipe on the roof. Tony came out and looked at it, which he determined it wasn't coming from the roof. Luckily he found no major issues but found many peeled sealant and rusty nails from wear and tear. Sealed my leaking roof vent and as a preventative measure, he applied sealant around all of the other pipes that might eventually need re-sealing.

Got to see a test of his work about an hour later during a tremendous downpour. The area that would have previously been soaked was now dry as a bone. I would highly recommend!

I noticed a water stain on the ceiling of a second floor bedroom. I suspected that we had a roof leak. I started calling around for estimates. I was surprised how difficult it was to get a callback from someone interested in a roof repair vs. roof replacement. I found Anytime Roofing after a Google Search. I submitted a web inquiry and received a callback within an hour or two from Tony. I was able to easily schedule an appointment for an estimate on first contact. They scheduled me for Sunday 5pm. Early Sunday, I got a call that they had a cancellation and wanted to know whether I could make it for 3:30pm. I agreed. My expectations were a 30 minute review of the issue and estimate for the repair. I asked about scheduling the repair. Tony looked at his watch and said if there's a truck in the area with matching shingles, I can get it fixed for you today. He was able to get the color code off of an old shingle, 45 minutes later he was back and started the repair job. He removed an old satellite dish that was the source of the issue, removed old shingles, replaced tar paper, installed water barrier and re-shingled the area. He took pictures before, during and after. Color was a perfect match.
We received an estimate and repair within ~2.5 hours; start to finish. Outstanding customer service! Tony said that he been in the business for 17 years. It's obvious that he still has passion for what he does and the desire to go above and beyond. By the way, their price beat the few other companies that I did get a call back from. No brainer decision. Pick these guys!

Had Tony come out to do an estimate. He was very friendly and did a good job of explaining what they were going to do. Process was really smooth, I got a quote through email that I was able to sign. They scheduled me efficiently through text and showed up in the window they said they would.

Price was about $50 higher than the other quote I received, but I appreciated the effort of them coming out to see things in person at no charge.

Did all the work while I was off premise, which was also nice, took a picture to show me that the work was done.

All in all, very easy experience.
